Clarification about Inspire's firmware version

As I've been having problems with my Inspire HR I want to make sure that I'm using the latest firmware version. My device shows it's running 34.20001.63.5. The page giving information on the latest firmware for Inspire Series devices shows two version after that. I came across a thread saying one of them (1.63.12) has been withdrawn but that still leaves 1.63.18. Should my device be updating to this or has that also been withdrawn.

Information about release dates and revoked FW would make the information less confusing.

Also, is there a way to push an update? The article "How do I update my Fitbit device?"  just mentions settings to allow autoupdate. There seems to be no way to check if it is working or triggering it when it isn't downloading.

I totally understand that it's quite confusing that you're not seeing the same information in posts and help articles. I can confirm that the latest firmware version for Inspire HR is 1.63.5 as mentioned in this post. So, the 3 versions of 1.63 are the same, this should be updated and clarified when the next firmware update comes out. Rest assure that I've shared your feedback with my team in order to make it clear to everyone.
