I feel like I just wasted my money. It’s cool the inspire HR shows your heart rate but if I’m taking someone’s vitals seconds matter 

clock face needs a seconds options

Let's face it. Watches aren't perfect with HR monitoring. Did you buy the watch for the heart rate, or was that one of the features that seemed practical? Fitbit is more of a step/active watch in my opinion, but that may not be your view. (And the clock thing is more of advice, and not something that can be fixed right now.)
