I have updated my firmware, changed clock faces, and restarted my Fitbit Inspire HR (smiley face and all) at least 15 times in the past several days.
Any suggestions, or do I just need a new Fitbit? I have had this device from May-Sept 2020 and worn every day.

Same, except I was unable to update my Fitbit. Clock face frozen. Only had my device from July 2020 to Sept 2020.
