The app tracks the hours when I meet 250 steps, but the next day when I check my weekly/monthly stats it shows zero. Was working fine until about 10 days ago. Can still see the history from the time when it was working. Tracker is about a month old.

@KWhimsy Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for taking the time to post your experience on this regarding the Fitbit Inspire HR not showing the hourly activity and daily goal streak correctly.
In this case, if you haven't done so already, I'd recommend updating the Fitbit app to its latest version and confirm if your Fitbit Inspire HR is up to date too: How do I update my Fitbit device? This should certainly help you out with this. And as a last resource, you can also try to restart your Fitbit with these steps.
If you keep experiencing the same afterwards; please let me know.
I'll be around!

Welcome to the Forums @Skodadet. My apologies for the delay. @DicyOne thanks for joining this family, hope you like what find here!
As our good friend @KWhimsy suggested, you can follow the steps on my previous post to update the Fitbit app or try some troubleshooting steps to fix the issues with your hourly activity.
Let's give it a try and please keep me posted.

Thanks for your reply @YojanaFitbit, my phone app is up to date and the problem first started after the last tracker update. I did turn the tracker off and on again, which did fix the problem for a couple of days, but the app has gone out of sync with the tracker again. Obviously I can keep turning it off again to correct the issue, but it's not good if that only fixes it for 2 to 3 days at the most.

I've made sure the app is up to date and restarted my Fitbit inspire HR but this hourly activity record is still not working. It works for the current day but anything previous shows 0 of 9 activity.

Hey @DicyOne @Skodadet and @isahdr thanks for checking the suggested steps. Sorry for the delay.
I'd like to know what model device are you using to see your stats? This information is really important for us. @DicyOne if you're Fitbit is having a hard time syncing all stats you can try the suggested here.

Hi @YojanaFitbit, my device is an iPhone XS, it is only the 250 steps per hour that doesn't sync properly every thing else is fine. For now I've just removed the tile from my app dashboard, doesn't stop me using the step reminder on the fitbit. I have a colleague with the same phone and the same fitbit, who has no problem with the 250 steps per hour syncing, so I guess it's just a random glitch.

This has been happening to me too on Inspire and Charge 2. At least once a week I loose one or two of my hours of 250 steps. Have tried restarting everything without any change. VERY FRUSTARATING! About to switch to a Garmin!!
