My data on my app is not the same with the data on this dashboard. THe dashboard is recording my data right but on my app, it is missing 1 week of steps. How do i collaborate them?

You mention App and dashboard. 

When it comes to the dashboard, which dashboard are you referring to? The Fitbit.com or the dashboard on the app? 

How long ago does your app say the tracker last synced? .
