Does anyone experience a slight delay when lifting their Inspire HR to see the time? It's not very long, just slight, but slight enough to be annoying. And any recommendations to fix this would be appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the forums @Josephka
The first thing to do whenever there is a concern, is to do a restart of the device. I'm not sure it will work, but it can't hurt to give it a try. Meanwhile, I've notified a moderator to stop by and offer any further assistance with this.
While you're here, take a look around the Lifestyle Discussion forum area. You can join in the various discussions, share recipes or get some tips on healthy living. It's a great forum.
Hope to see you around more often.

@Josephka Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
I will gladly assist you with this. As @Odyssey13 suggested you can try restarting your device by following these instructions. Additionally you can try disabling this feature, save and sync then enable it again.
Let me know how it goes.

I tried your suggestion, but no luck. The delay is still there...it's slight, but as I wrote previously, just long enough to be irritating. Any other suggestions? Thank you!

It’s same, with me it’s not nearly as fast as my old Apple Watch. It’s liveable though!
