I’m seeing people posting over the last few days regarding not getting detailed sleep tracking information just basic, I too have had this issue over the last 5 nights.
Please don’t give me all the information on how to restart, how to manually sync, uninstall and reinstall the app, blah, blah, blah, I’ve done that, it doesn’t fix the issue. I’ve been wearing a Fitbit for 5 1/2 years so I know all of this plus I had this same issue during the summer.
Obviously it’s a Fitbit issue in your program, please fix it, so annoying when one does all the recommended fixes that never resolve the issue, then suddenly it’s not an issue because Fitbit finally looked into their issue.
Best AnswerMe too, if the past 5 nights I’ve gotten no information 2 of them, simplified 1. Somewhat glad to hear others are having problems too. Like you I’ve tried all the tricks. Hope someone gives us some guidance.
