Device not displaying information

I have an Inspire which works well with my Samsung. Occasionally the watch will stop showing any info. No time no nothing. It is still sending info to my phone but the wrist piece seems to go to sleep. It can last up to 8 hours then it will start working again. Anyone else had this problem, please. TIA.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such situation and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Inspire following the next steps:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. 
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Yes! Mine is doing that right now! Earlier it was also showing everything flipped around, like it had been cut down the middle and posted on opposite sides. 

 

At least it was doing something then, its fully charged but wont do anything....

Mine just did something similar. Inspire and a Samsung Galaxy S9.

I went to sync and the app said no device found. Pulled the tracker off my bra and thought I had a dead battery (which would be weird, it was at 50%this morning),  but after I tapped a few times it woke back up, battery at  42%. But my steps for the day had vanished, and it still doesn't show up in the app.

I'm going to try the restart and hope for the best. (I miss my old Zip)

Reset/restart worked.

Yes I’m having the same issues,  I only had it about a month it it started doing this.  Then it’s sorts it self out. It has done it a few times now.
