Tired of this app. Some days it sync others day not at all. I log in and out. Delete app and reload. Very frustrating

I have the same problem! Won’t sync to my iPhone...tried the same steps. This is about the 10th time.

Same here - absolutely sick of it! My Android device can never find my Inspire HR. Two Android phones in the last year not being able to find the fitbit leads me to believe the issue lies with fitbit. I can usually eventually get it to sync, by turning bluetooth on and off again, by force stopping the app, resetting, or some other jiggery pokery. However, the principle of this is that the issue does not occur once in a blue moon, it is about 3 times a week! I paid enough for the device to expect it work properly, and not have me have to troubleshoot how to get it to sync this often.
