i guess they are working on it but....
1- click check for inspire hr update
2- the latest update for your fitbit device is ready
it'll take several minutes to complete
3- Unexpected error
your device is already up to date
my tracker even has issues with update.
any chance its not me?

was able to chat with a rep the other day . after we went through the normal stuff with no change she had me remove the tracker from my phone and re-install it. success for the most part . i still have sync issues though. have to reboot the ispire hr every once in a while as it wont sync. have more issues when it syncs and refreshes it looses the realtime heartbeat . usually it takes about 5 or 6 sync attempts to get it to sync properly. it will track my movement in real time to my phone again so i may leave well enough alone. seems to me the app is still a little bit buggy.
