I am trying to get help for my daughter. 2 years ago we both bought Alta Hr. We would encourage each other by doing challenges.
She bought an Inspire Hr and now she cannot use the fitbit app. She cannot synch her fitbit. so basically it is useless as we cannot join challenges anymore.
How can she set it up to use with the app. She has deleted the app several times. She has synched the fitbit several times to no avail.
Please send detailed information on how to get it to work with the app.
