Exercise days not syncing on dashboard

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After exercise, FitBit app dashboard does not update exercise days after sync. Steps and active minutes are synced. In order for exercise days to be updated, you have to select “Exercise”, where the actual activities are shown. Once you do that, when you move back to the dashboard the number is updated. FitBit app is 3.30 (current)

@Maggiesings Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with the exercise tile on your Fitbit app. The recent exercise area shows the activities detected or logged on your account (run, bike, elliptical, etc.). If your device detected your steps but not the activity itself then the steps, heart rate and other data will show on your account but nothing will show in recent exercise. For example when using the elliptical machine make sure you grab the moving bars so your device detects the motion and records the activity itself, once an Elliptical activity is saved on your account it should show on the Recent Exercise area. You can manually log your activity so you have a record on your account.

Let me know how it goes.
