Exercise logging

Another question about exercise, my exercise is showing 2 days this week even tho I have been to 2 classes again this morning. If I log the classes it messes up my calorie burn figure but if I don’t then it seems like I am missing a days worth of exercise!

how does this work? I did body pump and spin today, can I log these without it affecting my calories so that my exercise goal has been met?

@Lolak_40 yes you can log it, you don't say which method you used to log it. 

Since you have the inspire HR you can log the time on your wrist with its multisport mode. 

Spinning can be added to the wrist. 

For body pump use workout then after the next sync it can be relabled.
