Faulty Inspire HR

I recieved my Inspire as a birthday gift in June 2020. In October 2020 I started having issues with it not scrolling from the home screen; I tried restarting it and it kept having the same problem. I saw it was not uncommon, so I let it die, charged it, and the problem seemed to go away-for a short amount of time. It started doing that once every few weeks; I let it die, charge it, and it works again. Not impressive, but I didn't want to make a fuss. About a week ago, I went to hug my husband and my fitbit fell off! The wristband is intact, but the latch on the fitbit unit itself broke, and I have absolutely no idea how. I've never smashed it on anything, I dont even wear it when I shower. I found the warranty booklet that came in the box and it says I have a 1 year warranty to get a new one. Since this has all happened within the year, how can we start this process??

Hi @ChessaTyler  sounds like you need to get with support.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
