My inspire won’t turn on. It is fully charged and turns on for a few second after preforming the reboot but then shuts off and won’t turn on. App just says “searching.” I’ve preformed the reboot repeatedly and those few seconds after reboot is the only time the screen turn on, then it goes dark until i do it all over again.

I received a FitBit Inspire HR a few days ago. It is fully charged but I am unable to get it to do anything else. No time on the clock face, nothing. I have the FitBit app installed and not sure what the problem is. Help!
