Hi everyone,
I have a Fitbit inspire. I haven't used it properly until now and am wanting to 'refresh' my dashboard to only take into account activities that I have done since yesterday (1st June 2020). My question is, how do I delete what is showing in the dashboard graph for previous months? I've gone into activities and removed any activities related to previous months but that hasn't affected the graph at all.
Many thanks,

Unfortunately, we can't delete steps and other tracked data.
The easiest way to start afresh with Fitbit is create a new account and add the tracker as though it were a new device. This would, though, require use of a different email address.

Hello. I just got a new Inspire 2 and when I paired it all the data from my old device is still there. You say the best way to get rid of it is to create a new account. I can do that but I'd like to delete the old account. How do I do that? Do I also need to uninstall and reinstall the Phone App? Can you help me with a step by step on the order I should do this?
