I couldnt get my Fitbit HR to connect. When I would click on it from my bluetooth devices list, nothing. Even "forget device" did nothing. It connected fine yesterday...
I clicked on my profile in fitbit (upper left). Instead of clicking on your fitbit, select "ADD NEW DEVICE". IT WILL ASK IF YOU WANT TO REPLACE YOUR CURRENT DEVICE. Say YES. It connected and sent the 4-digit code. Hope this helps.

I can't connect my fitbit to my phone...I have tried uninstalling the app, restarting Bluetooth and my phone, I have tried WiFi and mobile data. The fitbit is fully charged and I have also tried registering as a new device as suggested but the most I have managed is 4% sync. My phone is a Samsung galaxy a41.
