Fitbit IOS App - Accidentally Declined Dashboard Update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Fitbit Inspire HR and I’m on the latest firmware. However a month ago the app asked me if I wanted to update to the new Fitbit dashboard and I accidentally declined to update. Now I can’t seem to figure out how to get the Fitbit iOS app to update to the new Fitbit dashboard user interface (UI).

Please help.

@dipaola, welcome! It's great to see you around!

Let me help you with your Fitbit app dashboard. You will eventually get the new display as it will be released to all users. You can also check your app settings area (tap the account button). Still if you wish you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. We don't normally suggest this on iOS devices but it is up to you try it. Try doing it early in the morning and make sure you sync your tracker before doing this.

Let me know how it goes.
