I've restarted my device (iPhone and iPad). I've reset everything multiple times.
Keep getting endlessly stuck on the Firmware update...says it's updating then craps out..
Please help!!
I actually returned one already thinking it was defective. Been trying for days to get this product working.
Should I get another model.
Very frustrating....

You probably can't help me. Fitbit inspire hr updated. Still miss counting steps even on my non-dom hand with Dom setting. Oh and now mid workout I somehow go from 132-169 hr to 94?? Are you kidding me? It's securely on my wrist so what kind of update went through exactly? I had mild issues with it jumping before but this is just ridiculous. Any kind of help would be appreciated if it gets the device to work the way it's supposed to.

I'm having a similar issue but my Fitbit got stuck in the middle of the installation process, so the fitbit displays the line with dots and it's half ways complete. I've tried doing a soft reset (connecting fitbit to charger, holding button down for 8 seconds, releasing, then holding button again and the smiley face doesn't appear, only the line with dots appears). When I restart the phone and open up fitbit app, I get the notification to update the firmware. I click on it and it searches for my fitbit but then I get an error saying "Not working?". What else can I do? Thanks
