Fitbit Inspire HR not syncing

My fitbit inspire HR is only 3 weeks old and today will not sync with Either my ipad or iphone. I have rebooted fitbit app on both but just says Device not found. Anyone else having problems today?

Thank you so much,  I Have done as you said and went through Bluetooth to forget device and fingers crossed my Fitbit HR has just synced. Thanks again

Mine also will not sync. I have tried to uninstall the app, restart the fitbit and iPhone. It cannot find Bluetooth. My husband tried to install the Inspire on his phone and all went smoothly. We both have an iPhone. Not sure why it won't sync. The fitbit is less than 2 weeks old.

I just went to the iPhone settings and said to FORGET the device for the fitbit. Then went through the installation and it worked!

It did sync at 5.00 pm on phone but not on ipad, still says device not found. But it is not syncing again now on both phone and ipad. Really annoying I’ve been really active today and now no stats to show for it!

I too have deleted app on both and reinstalled but no joy!

Did you lose your past data when you did this?

Hi, did you try going to the Bluetooth setting and "FORGETTING THIS DEVICE" from there? That was the only thing that fixed mine. We had a power outage - not sure if that had anything to do with it. Once I forgot the device I was able to go through the setup without a hitch.

Hi, sorry - I'm just seeing this. Looks like it worked for you. No - did not lose my past. We did have a power outage and I wonder if that somehow messed up the connection. I'm happy I was able to help. Kathleen

I did this and it worked but I have had to do it three times already today. Just got another message to go the Bluetooth and forget inspire.

i have an iphone 11 pro max and every few days my fitbit inspire HR stops synching. i either have to delete the fitbit app from my iphone and reinstall it and then go through the process of reconnecting the fitbit which takes ages and then synch or i have to forget the fitbit in the iphone app and reconnect and then synch. i believe that the fitbit app is defective and has not been properly tested with all iphone models. the fitbit support people keep trying to pass the buck and blame everything except their app and mostly try to refer me to Apple when their software is deficient.

I had the same issue for weeks.  I had to constantly go to blue tooth and forget the device and add it again in order for it to sync and provide notifications.  That has since resolved and now it won’t recognize any exercise.

Me too ! Has not synced since 8/3.

i wear it ti track sleep and HR. This has been going on for as long as I’ve had it. Want to upgrade but not if it will be the same problems.

so frustrating.
