Fitbit Inspire HR will not scroll

My Inspire HR screen will not scroll to the different apps. It will only show the clock screen. I have restarted the Fitbit several times and still no luck.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not scrolling through its items and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Just want you to try changing the clock face and see if this helps resolve the issue.

At first my Inspire HR would not scroll and only show the clock face. But now, there is nothing. Just a blank screen. My phone app shows that it syncs, but I have NO DISPLAY at all. Help!
