Fitbit Inspire not responding

I received my Fitbit about 3 weeks ago for my birthday.  No trauma.  Hasn't been exposed to water.  Fitbit won't scroll and it won't restart.  Never get the smiley face that it restarted.  I am beyond disappointed.  Please help.

Let me help you with your Inspire not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persist I suggest you let our Support team know about this. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
