Fitbit Inspire not showing correct distance walked

I have a Fitbit inspire but it is not correctly showing distance walked; when I have done a mile, it is showing .69 walked.  how can i fix the calibration?  Thank you.

I'd like you to restart your Inspire as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your distance traveled.

Finally, monitor your Fitbit Inspire during the next 24 hours and see if it provides tracks your distance traveled properly.
