Hi everyone, 

 

I've had my Fitbit for a little over two months now and it suddenly won't turn on. The last thing it did was display a smiley face before turning off. I have tried everything to restart it and it's just not working. It's more than a little disappointing. I hope someone can help me with this.

Last thing I saw was a smiley too! I saw another post and the answer to that one was to plug it in to the charger and hold the button down for 15 seconds. I did that and got a smiley and then it showed my inspire at 1% so I left it charging. Later when I took it off the charger it said 97% so I put it on. It is now blank again and putting it on the charger and holding the button isn't doing anything. (sad face)
