Fitbit app doesn't display Inspire steps anymore

I got a new phone, downloaded the app etc. Still an Android LG5 sp nothing has changed.

The new phone doesnt have STEPS in the circle, only calories.

STEPS is not a greyed option i can drag.

My previous phone had STEPS in the circle.

My arm only shows current day steps, so I'm missing my charts/stats etc.

I can't figure out how to attach a screen shot - but when i hit EDIT and look at removed stats, steps is not an option.

Let me help you with your missing steps from your Inspire on the Fitbit app. This usually happens when you create a new account instead of logging into the correct one. This could be due to you selecting Join Fitbit on the Fitbit app instead of login. Make sure you are using the correct email address and password to log into your account. You will know this is correct as your Fitbit Inspire should still be setup on your account and the Steps should show there.

 

I also moved your post to the correct board.
