I have a Samsung and when I go to Google Play Store and enter Fitbit, no Fitbit appears.  Fitbad, FitToFit, VeryFitPro, etc. are all listed but no Fitbit.  What do I do now?

Hi @Dandydog  currently the operating system for Android is 12 or higher. What do you have? When you can't find the app, it usually means your phone is older.

Thank you for letting me know.  Yes, my phone is older, so I am off to get a new phone.  I really do appreciate you responding as I had no idea.

@Dandydog I'm in the same boat or soon will be. I'm on Android 9 and if for any reason I remove the app, I won't get it back. Really loving the new folding Samsung phone, but it's so new!

I loved my old flip phone and am going to look at this new one when I get time to go phone shopping; probably won't be until following week.  I really do thank you for your help and am definitely going to get a newer updated phone.
