This has happened a couple of times now. Where the face goes totally blank and you can push the button and nothing happens. If you hold it it vibrates but doesn't show anything. Anyone else having this issue. This morning it went blank for over an hour and is back on now. I just don't want to wait too long if it needs to be returned

Best AnswerI have an Inspire that is only about 4 months old. It was working well until yesterday. The display would not move when I swiped it and then it went blank. It stopped syncing as well. It does vibrate when I connect it the charger. Nothing happens though. I push the button and the display stays blank. Please replace it or let me know what to do to get it working again.

Best AnswerYou can change the clock face through the app. Here's how it works on Android...
*Tap the icon that takes you to your account.
*Tap your device.
*Tap the Clock Faces icon and select All Clocks.
*Tap your preferred clock face and tap Select.
*The app will then connect to your Fitbit and install the face.
