Help. Your website is down . How do I set up my device?
When I sign in and go to the Fitbit dashboard it says "Have a new device to set up? Start here"....so I click on it and a 404 error message comes up. https://www.fitbit.com/en-ca/404
It then tells me Sorry, that page is following a different trail. Since it's unavailable, step over to one of these instead: HOME BASE · START ANOTHER JOURNEY. I have tried this on 2 laptops, my IPad and my cell phone. Please tell me how I can set up my brand new shiny Inspire HR. Thank you.

Let me help you with your setting up your Inspire HR. This is odd. Could you share the link that you are clicking to see if there is a problem with it? Still you can follow the setup instructions in the help article here.

I have followed the set up instructions. I have explained this. It tells me to go to my dashboard. Dashboard states set up a new device and the 404 error message comes up. https://www.fitbit.com/en-ca/404
It then tells me Sorry, that page is following a different trail.

I think I wasn't clear so thank you for replying with these details. What I meant is that if you could share the link that you are clicking. On your Dashboard right click the banner/link and then click on "copy link address" then paste whatever you got on your reply. Also clearing your browser's cache by following these instructions.

https://www.fitbit.com/en-ca/404 this is the link I’ve posted in every message. Not sure what you need. Now, when I click on my dashboard the option to click “set up a new device” is gone. Completely disappeared. I also cleared my browser cache. None of this is helping.
