Hi,
Relative newbie to the Inspire HR. I switched from the Inspire (which auto-tracked exercise, which I loved) to Inspire HR because HR tracks aerial yoga better... anyway.
I started taking a HIIT class and I'm not sure how to track it on my Inspire HR. The first day I used the running option, which worked okay for calorie count but obviously it recorded no data for pace or distance. I'm reluctant to use the actual Interval Timer setting, because I won't know the times of activity or rest until I get there (they change every class), and I don't really want to be typing away on my fitbit when class is starting and I should be paying attention.
Should I bother inputting a workout at all? Should I stick with running?
Thoughts appreciated!

My thinking is just stick with "Workout" is always safe.
I thought aerial yoga must be a type until I googled it - it is real.

What would it be a typo of? Obviously it's real. Thanks for the help.

No disrespect meant. I had just never heard of it before. It sounded like doing yoga in an airplane or floating in space.
No idea what it would be typo of, but I see so many words here that make absolutely no sense that I assume they must be some kind of texting or voice recognition autocorrect errors.

Sorry for snapping! I get defensive about my yoga 😛
Thank you truly for the reply. I did Workout today and it seemed to work very well. I appreciate it!
