Heart rate green sensor not working on Inspire 2

My inspire 2 has stopped tracking heart rate and the green sensor is not working. Reset a couple of times and still not working

@jbw149 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

Please make sure that the Inspire 2 is on Wrist mode and not on Clip mode. 
Press both sides of the Inspire 2 and hold them press for 2 seconds. 

You'll see the quick settings. 

There you can verify and change the clip mode to wrist mode. 
To change the setting just tap on it

Thank you it worked but I don't understand how the gadget switched to CLIP mode without any inputs from me. It hasn't logged sleep or heart rates for a a week

@jbw149 @CaptJun , Nice to see you both around. I'm glad that the info was helpful. 

@CaptJun, we have noticed that when wearing the Inspire 2 too tight, the buttons may get pressed unintentionally and by tapping the screen, the setting might get changed.
