Hello! I bought my fitbit inspire HR in November 2020. I noticed yesterday that there was a single line across the screen, but now there's about 8, all appearing quite suddenly - I'm afraid it's on its last legs but I've not knocked it or done anything to damage it. Restarting has done nothing... is there any way to get a replacement? As surely this shouldn't be happening after just over a year! 😞

Watching this as mine started yesterday with the horizontal lines mainly at the top. restarted several times, changed faces, but no solution.

Get in touch with customer service as fitbit are now issuing me a replacement - unfortunately it’s not fixable.
