My battery went completely dead for several days. I charged it but when I checked my watch it was the wrong time. How do I change the time?

You can't manually set the time but it should reset itself when it syncs to your phone. Have you synced since it was charged?

I updated version & sanc it with my phone & the time still hasnt corrected itself. Please advise.

I had a similar problem. My watch wouldn’t sync with my iPhone & the time would not reset. I had to sync with my iPad, the time then reset properly, & then it synced with my phone.

Even after syncing and restarting the watch it’s still wrong. Is registering as AM rather than PM. This morning it said it was still yesterday.
