How do I turn it on and set it up won't even Bluetooth to my phone

You need to charge it for at least 2 hours. Plug the charger into a USB port on your computer

 

After Its charged

Download software or App

Set it up

I had a Charge 2 and was happy,just changed to Inspire,who ever designed this product needs to get the head checked.

A 2 to 3 ins charger cable!!!! how was this approved.

Then cannot get it connected to the phone as the watch kept falling of the magnetic charger.

Am returning it today
