Hi
How do I STOP receiving friend requests from random people I don't know? Very annoying! I thought my profile was private.
Please may you help. Thanks

@Tink007 It's great to see you in the Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Thank you for your inquiry. Have you posted on the Community feed on your Fitbit app, this may show your account to other users. If you wish to have improvements then you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it. Still you can block users and manage your friends by following these instructions.
Let me know how it goes.
If a post helped you try voting and selecting it as a solution so other members benefit from it. Select it as Best Solution!

Sorry but this is really lame. The Help section doesn't cover this. I'm using Fitbit to support health improvement. I have no interest in random strangers wanting to connect.
I've not used the Community feed on my app but we're obliged to use the Community online for support. Are you saying by asking for help, we open ourselves to spamming? Does that sound healthy?

I feel your pain, I just keep saying NO - now with the new charge 4 your steps are open to friends you cannot lock your info down -- I am so annoyed
