I just received my first weekly report (Inspire HR) and all of the icons or pictures are question marks. I'm using a MacBook Pro laptop with OS 10.11.6 and Mac Mail. On my work computer (Dell PC with Windows) all I have to do in that situation is right click and that usually loads any missing pictures. How do I accomplish this with the Fitbit report emails on my Mac?
Thanks!

@CoastalD Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you with your weekly reports on your Mac computer. This seems more like a configuration option missing on your computer. Which browser are you using? Have you tried using a different browser on your Mac computer? I suggest you try using Firefox or Chrome and see if the issue persist.
Let me know how it goes.

I happened to come across this post in a search and see it hasn't been marked as solved. I realise it is a few months old but let me comment as the only response talks about browsers not email.
The lack of pictures in the email is nothing to do with Fitbit, but your mail software (security or privacy) settings. You need to find the "Load remote content in messages" option. I use third party mail software not Mail so I don't know exactly where the settings are (global or individual mails) but I'd suggest the "Mail User Guide" on Apple's web site is a good place to start.
Explanation:
The pictures are not actually in the emails, just links to images on Fitbit's servers. I can't remember exactly which locations are used for the weekly report mails but "email.fitbit.com", "image.e.fitbit.com", "badges.fitbit.com", "gcs-assets.fitbit.com" and "static0.fitbit.com" are all locations which have been linked to in mails I've received from Fitbit.
