Incorrect Time in Each Zone, always 100% Light

Hi,

After updating my fitbit app a while ago, I found out that ALL of my previous workouts, all the heart rate zones have become 100% Light. Even whenevet I do new workouts, on my fitbit watch it shows correctly the heart rate zone, but when I sync it to my phone, its just written 100% Light on the app. It does not make any sense.

 

Has anyone encountered this problem?

Yes I have had the same problem for months. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Our team is aware of the issue and is working on a solution for it. 
Hopefully this will be solved soon. 

Please keep in mind to keep the Fitbit app updated, as the solution might come with an app update. 
We'll update the thread as soon as we receive further info .
