Incorrect nutrition target calculations

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The app keeps saying I’m over my target, when I’m not, and it miscalculates nutrition inputs. See attached screenshot.

1. It hasn’t added my exercise output for the day (3075kj)

2. Im only 536 kJ in, but says I’m over target, while also saying i have 1544kj left for the day.

The entire month is incorrect like this. The software is so buggy!

Anyone else affected?

@zeelie.t Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your incorrect graph and thank you for sharing the screenshot. Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this see how the graphs are displayed.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello! Thanks for your reply. I tried that but it didn't work... After rebooting the fitbit though (connecting it to power and then holding the button down until a smily face appeared), everything corrected itself. So problem solved by turning it off and on again. lol.
