Inpire won't connect

Hi, I have a LG G3 with Android 5.0 and a Mac Airbook with Mac Os High Sierra, both in theory compatible, as I have checked multiple times on the Compatibility List. I have downloaded the Fitbit App on my LG and the Fitbit Connect on my Laptop and both seems to run without problems untill the moment I try to find my Fitbit Inspire. Everytime I try to connect the device to the App nothing happen. The fitbit inspire is not being recognised by the App, I cannot even see the Terms and Conditions page to click "Iagree", the App jumps suddenly to the Panel again. So frustrating.. On my Laptop it says that the device is not recognised, it ask me to connect it and so on, and so on... I have tried every Tip I read on the Support articles and I only managed to loose time and patience. I please demand a solution as soon as posible. Thank you.

@Ebazeta Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with setting up your Inspire device. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.
