My Fitbit is acting up. This is my second Fitbit. I use it exclusively to monitor my heart. If you can’t fix the app, why should I buy another one???? There are other units out there that can do the same thing. When I go shopping, why should I buy another Fitbit because it’s been quite a while since this issue has occurred and I’m not seeing anything happening. My app still isn’t working! . These fitbits are not cheap. I need something reliable.

@Gdaniel , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and feedback.
Our team is aware of the missing heart rate graph on the Fitbit app and is looking into it.
Many users have mentioned that it got solved for them after changing the clock format to 24h clock.
A try is worth it . How do I change to a 12 or 24 hour clock?

I am having the same problem with no heart rate recording on my Inspire 2. I have just tried changing from 12 hour to 24 hour clock and have synced my device, as per your suggestion, but it still doesn't work. Heart rate and minutes of exercise is more important to me than steps. Please help
