Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Inspire 2.
I'd suggest you update your tracker and checking if your app is updated.
Unpair your Inspire 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
Turn off your bluetooth for 10 seconds, restart your phone and restart the device.
