I ended up doing a wipe, and removing it from the phone.  I reconnected it to the phone, it seems to be working now.

I too have been reading this. My Inspire 2 has lost Sleep, Heart, Floors and Auto exercise. Neither of the suggested solutions has made any difference. In my case it stems from software update on 17th August. (see separate stream on this subject). Luckily I have my trusty Charge 2 which is still doing all these functions. I have been unable to contact Fitbit to complain. My inspire 2 is now a useless piece of wrist art. Be warned - DON'T too the software update!

My steps stopped counting 8/29.  I have deleted app and reinstalled...still doesn't work.

I've checked this but can't find what you mean. As far as I can see heart rate is on but not tracking.

I found what is meant by clip on the actual wrist devise. Held the sides for few seconds, scrolled down and got to clip, tapped screen to change to wrist. All working now.

Got mine back working, on clock screen of watch scroll up to reboot, then in phone app pair your device again 

It was after this it offered me the update and all working since I did that on Tues

I have tried to follow the directions on holding sides of wrist piece, scrolling to “on wrist”, when I touch that it reads enable on clip. Am I to touch the face and hold? It says heart rate, sleep and other in brighter lettering. Does that mean the wrist function is in proper place?

I feel dumb but the setting where?  In the program I cannot find a settings that list reboot. Help please

Thank for all the tips, yes no clip but wrist, reboot all done

i’m still alive but my heartbeats are not to see. Display is grey by heartbeat. Jet by bpm in rest a notification in my normal beat. What  next?
