Hi guys!
My inspire 2 has suddenly lost 20 minutes. Now I’ve tried everything to reconnect it to my phone but it gets stuck on ‘connecting to Fitbit’.
I’ve restated phone, Bluetooth and Fitbit many times. I have a iPhone 14. Cheers. X

Hi, @Shelleyneedshel , welcome to the community, it sounds like your Inspire 2 is failing to sync with your phone, you may find this article helpful Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Fitbit Help Center

Thank you for providing all these details regarding your Inspire 2 and for trying to fix it on your own.
I'd ask you try the following steps in the order listed even if you've done some of them so far:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
