is there something you can do to see the watch face outside? It’s sad that I can only see it indoors.

I agree. It is horrible not being able to see it outside during a run/walk. What's the point of it if you cannot use it outside?? I complained about it and they sent me a 35% coupon to purchase a new Fitbit device. I saw one I wanted and it was for sale and I was unable to use the coupon on the sale price. It jacked up to the original price. It was so disappointing as I was looking forward to getting a device with a better and brighter display for exercising outdoors. I am considering leaving the FitBit family. I even pay for the premium membership to get the most out of it. Customer services is very poor and unsatisfactory. They were not helpful or pleasant.

Fitbit should offer a full refund. I am not used nd my Inspire 2 unit anymore due to this issue.

It’s a lack of customer service. They should compensate customers. I want to purchase a device that works outside that you can see. They gave me a coupon. However, the sale price of the device goes back up to the original price. I can’t afford it. Fitbit should compensate the customers a faulty feature for something that works outside.

So sorry to hear that. You’d think customer service would be helpful to make their customers happy. They will lose customers this way. Frustrating when you want to use something to help with your health and it doesn’t work.

I already turned off the Dim Brightness setting and I still cannot read my Inspire2 outdoors. What else can I do? If nothing can be done about this, is FitBit willing to receive the Inspire2 back and refund me the $99 I paid for in??
-----
Also, my Inspire2 is NO T I n sleep mode. It’s time FitBit owned up to this design fault and propose a solution or refund what we payed for the Inspire2

Which FitBit device does not have the reading shortcoming that the Inspire2 has.?

I think I've had my Inspire 2 at least a couple of years. I feel like I was able to view the screen outside when I first got it, but now it is impossible to read and definitely frustrating. There are so many other features I like, but this is annoying and, frankly, unacceptable. None of the suggested solutions work.

Nothing has worked to improve the brightness of the screen. Even indoors mine is barely readable. Maybe time to trash it.
