My inspire2 stopped vibrating for texts and phone calls and Snapchats a couple days ago. Every update is complete. I’ve removed, restarted and reconnected both devices (phone and Fitbit) with no luck. Any further suggestions?
Thanks.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @TDrive.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend doing the following:
1. Make sure DND (Do not disturb) and Sleep mode are turned off in quick settings on your tracker. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
2. Make sure you set up notifications correctly. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
For complete troubleshooting tips, see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
By the way, I've moved your post to Inspire 2 board so we can keep our forums organized.
Hope this helps.

Hi @TDrive,
Please make sure that sleep mode & do not disturb is turned off ( @LiliyaFitbit ).
If on iOS then go to settings> bluetooth> Inspire 2>(i)>Show Phone Notifications.
I'm not sure about it on android as I only use iPhone but hope this helps.

This keeps happening to me too, only the DND is turned off and so is sleep mode.
iPhone is setup to allow notifications, and occasionally I do get the alerts but it’s very inconsistent and glitchy.
I’ve tried to resolve using all the tips shared above but it keeps happening!

This has happened to me on more than one occasion too for seemingly no reason (on other versions of Fitbit too-thought it was an issue with my phone).
Was able to figure it out this time. Hope it lasts…good luck.

Thank you! I have contacted help several times over the past 24 hours, tried so many things to sort it out and nothing worked! I didn't even turn on the DND but it was on.. turning it off worked. Cheers!
