Since last update my Inspire 2 will not hold its charge

i have checked everything as noted in other peoples queries to no effect

i put it on charge and it goes to 99% and stays there regardless of how long on charge

Within three hours the charge reads 3%
Help please

when did you set it up

I did a complete reboot while it was on charge

@Angrytar have your tried resetting it? That's usually the next step when your device isn't behaving as expected.

@Angrytar I hear you! There's a Help article here about charging issues. Maybe the tips there can help get your Inspire 2 working right again.

Thanks for the advice unfortunately have tried nearly 90% of the tips

The Fitbit will not charge to 90%

@Angrytar I'm sorry to hear that. I think the next step is to contact Costumer Support. Here a link to get in touch with them. Chat and telephone are good options for that.
