Inspire HR Display Stopped Working

Got an Inspire HR for Christmas and it's been working great until today. The display will not come on. The Fitbit is vibrating when I get alerts but doesn't come on. I have a Google Pixel 3 and the Fitbit is charged.

It sounds like your only option is to contact the FitBit staff.
They have a chat box or you can call them on the phone. I don't know what
else to suggest.
With my FitBit HR Inspire - every time I have to charge it, I have to press
the side button for it to start syncing. Sometimes more than once. Syncing
was my biggest problem.

Has anyone else have issues with the display?  The only thing that shows on mine is the time.

 

Tried it and it didn't work for me.

I tried this and it worked as long as my Fitbit was on the charger. Once I took it off, the screen went blank again. Help!

One person suggested plug in to charger and hold the side button for 5 - 10 seconds. That does work in some cases. It may restart.

I've tried the reboot... My "smily face" wax barely visible and had only 1 eye. Then it went back to not displaying anything. The vibration works, can see steps and details on my phone. But I can't even see the time... Have to were an actual old school watch to tell time. Had this Fitbit for 2 years after a flex 2 than died after 2 years as well. Thinking of leaving the Fitbit family for a different brand.
