Inspire HR Frozen Screen

I got a typical low battery notification on my phone so I held the button to check what percentage it was on but it'd just vibrate and stay on the same screen. I cant use any of the functions by tapping on the screen or swiping for a few minutes then after awhile I can tap the screen to scroll through the quick stats but I can't swipe up or down and if I try to hold the button it will freeze the screen again.

I tried to restart it (plug it in and hold the button for 5 seconds) but nothing would happen other than it vibrate and then the screen would timeout.. Do I just have to wait till it dies?

In the FitBit App, go to "Account", then under "Devices" click on "Inspire HR", and "Clock Faces" (along with other things) should be on the next screen.

If I remember right. You go into the fitbit app, then find the settings. In
settings you can find the clock face options.

that's not a stupid question! i did it from the app and it sent the new
clock face to my device.

How do you change the clock face?

i do it from the app. i click on my account in the upper left, then on my
device, then clock faces, then all clocks to see the available styles.

Thank you! This was the best response for the inspire HR 🙂 the clock face can not be easily changed on our small clocks as easily as it can be changed on the square watches. Thanks again

Plug in watch, hold for 5 seconds and then it restarts and watch works again for inspire HR
