Inspire HR - Incorrect Exercise Shortcuts

Today my Inspire HR started incorrectly shoring exercise shortcuts. The ones I selected are Bootcamp, circuit training, interval training, spinning and running. But when I scroll to use the exercise shortcuts it only shows circuit training, intervals, then Pilates three times in a row even though Pilates isn’t one of my shortcut exercise. I’ve tried resyncing it several times with nothing happening. Has anyone experienced a similar glitch?

Hi @Hayley.mm  That sounds really weird. Try restarting your Inspire HR several times and then re-set up the exercise shortcuts again. Please come back if you continue to have problems.

Hi, my Fitbit has the same problem. I can’t change it from run, bike, swim and Pilates three times. Did you fix your problem?

I am having the exact same issue after updating my Fitbit. Yoga-Run-workout then Pilates 3 times. Help! I have also noticed Run, yoga, and treadmill have disappeared from the shortcuts on the app. Have those been removed?

@Hayley.mm  @Aehills @SunsetRunner   If the excellent advice given by @NellyG didn't do the trick, you might try my more aggressive approach -- systematic, but not guaranteed to work:

  • Log out of the app, delete it and turn off your phone
  • Restart your tracker 2-3 times like suggested
  • Turn your phone on, re-download the app and log back in

I am also going to flag this for moderator attention.  In a different thread, a user has one exercise and the rest of the list is Pilates.

I have the same problem.  It wont update my dashboard changes and I also get pilates three times.

They shouldn’t have been removed as mine haven’t been. I deleted all of my shortcuts and then rebooted my Fitbit. Added them again and it seems to have sorted itself out. It went back to having Pilates x3 at the end again though and I had to redo it all.

Please be so kind to set up your Fitbit Inspire HR as a replacement device by following these instructions:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I have the same problem. 3 Pilates under exercise. I have tried syncing, even resetting. But it’s still the same.

Hello, 

 

if he has the same same problem as me it won’t stay fixed. I’ve managed to fix mine multiple times and it keeps going back to Pilates. I don’t know what else to do to fix the problem, I have reset it over and over and deleted them all and re added them. Re set up the entire Fitbit and set it up as a secondary device and nothing had permanently worked.

I am having a similar issue as well! I used to be able to track bike rides and such. First I had Pilates 3 times, now all I have in my shortcuts is Running, and Pilates x5. Also, if it matters, I'm using the 2.94 version of the app on an iPhone. 

Please send help, this is very frustrating...

Hi, I tried absolutely everything to fix the problem. I reset it, deleted the app, reinstalled the Fitbit. In the end I sent mine back and asked for an exchange. It seems many of them have faults that can’t be fixed.
