Three days in a row when I sync my inspire HR it adds very large amounts of steps (9k,6k,4k) done in 15 mins even though I know 100% I didn't even move at this particular time.

@ElviraK I hope you're doing well!

This isn't expected from your device. Do you have any third party app linked to your account? Or have you manually logged any activities? This could explain the appearance of steps at odd hours. Still I suggest you restart your tracker. On the Fitbit app, log out from it, restart your phone and log back in.

Hi Alvaro,

Tried all the steps suggested but it still keeps happening. Could it be app glitch? Any further recommendations or do I need to get tracker replaced?

Thanks.
