I just got my brand new Inspire HR and while it charges fine it will not complete set up and keeps telling me it has low battery.
It has been charging and is at 55% but keeps telling me the battery is too low to set up. I have tried restarting it. Completely removing it from paired devices and everything yet it isnt working.
I dont want to think I've just thrown my money down the drain but it feels like it. Can someone please help me fix this otherwise I will have to return it for something that works better.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours. Finally, set it up and see if the issues get fixed.
